Design Thinking
The training program is designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles and methodology of Design Thinking, a modern problem-solving approach that places the human being at the center of solution design.
During the course, participants will learn about the stages of the methodology — including user understanding, problem redefinition, idea generation, prototyping, and solution testing — and will practice through targeted activities, tools, and real-life examples.
Through group exercises and tackling a specific challenge, trainees will have the opportunity to experiment practically with the application of Design Thinking, collaborate effectively, and generate innovative ideas.
Furthermore, the role of Design Thinking in the new way of working will be discussed, emphasizing cross-disciplinary collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have gained a clear understanding of what Design Thinking is, why it is important, and how it can be applied in practice at both team and organizational levels.
