Effective Feedback
The goal of the training program is to integrate feedback into daily communication to help participants gain better self-awareness and improve their personal and professional relationships.
In an environment of information and information overload, the seminar emphasizes recognizing which information is essential to achieve quality communication and optimal results.
Participants will learn what feedback is, how it functions in the business environment, and when it becomes effective, as well as how to use communication tools to create constructive feedback.
They will become familiar with the Johari window model as a feedback tool, explore the types and content of feedback, learn the "golden" rules for giving and receiving feedback, and apply their knowledge to real situations with the aim of immediate utilization.
