Introduction to Project Management based on the PMI® Framework
The Introduction to Project Management with PMI® Framework program aims to develop fundamental project management skills, emphasizing planning, organizing, the use of project management tools, risk management, and effective project team operations.
It covers topics such as basic principles and definitions, the business environment, roles and responsibilities, as well as the key phases of the project life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing).
Upon completion of the program, PDUs are awarded to certified PMPs, and corresponding contact hours are provided to PMI® certification candidates.
