The training program Negotiation Skills – A Win-Win Approach aims to strengthen the fundamental principles of effective and constructive negotiation, based on four key pillars: distinguishing between the human factor and the negotiation subject, focusing on interests rather than positions, developing mutually beneficial alternatives, and using objective criteria.
The training process adopts a hands-on methodology through practical exercises: participants work in small groups, take on roles in simulated negotiation scenarios, and receive structured feedback to analyze the strategies they employed.
