OTEAcademy offers innovative educational services that contribute to the professional and personal development of the trainee. With Business Training as the main activity, OTEAcademy plans and implements high level training courses both regarding business and personal development. It employs seven professional trainers certified by the National Organisation for the Qualifications & Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP).
“Train the Trainer” aim is for the trainers to pursue the expression and cultivation of the participants’ individuality, not just to impart knowledge. The training course is based upon active participation of all the participants through a whole difference approach of experiential learning. The methodology utilised attempts to demonstrate each trainer’s originality providing him/her with new skills. As a result of the initial pursue to reinforce the trainers’ role, the trainer will manage to constantly mobilise its potential to achieve continuous growth and development.
The protagonist, according to current demands of contemporary education, is the Trainee, not the Trainer.

Η συγκεκριμένη εκπαίδευση είναι πολύ χρήσιμη όχι μόνο για να αντιληφθείς τη σημαίνει παρουσίαση/εκπαίδευση και ποιος είναι ο ρόλος του εκπαιδευτή αλλά για να αντιληφθείς τι σημαίνει να συνδεθώ με το ακροατήριο και με πιο τρόπο μπορεί να γίνει αυτό.
