About this training

The training course, through which every participant will discover his/her own unique creativity, through exercises, tasks and… arts.

OTEAcademy makes use of Love2Learn methodology for personal and group development trainings. A different approach to professional training, a blend of reasoning and emotions. Love2Learn methodology combines traditional and alternative innovative training techniques, which make Love2Learn experience unique!

“Creativity” training course aims for the participants to seek ways and techniques to help them express their creativity and enrich their work life with new ideas. The workshop defines the meaning of creativity and what distinguishes it from innovation. The participants will get the chance to experiment with steps in techniques, so they can meet their professional needs and expectations. Through discussion, exercises, tasks and arts, they will reinvent their creativity, in order to enhance the point of view they use to deal with their assigned tasks.
