PREREQUISITES

Participants are required to have attended the course “Introduction to Project Management with PMI® Methodology” or a course of equivalent content and duration. Alternatively, previous professional experience in Project Management is required. Good knowledge of English is essential.

About this training

The training course that forms the basis for understanding the field of Project Management following the principles and philosophy of the Project Management Institute.

OTEAcademy is an ATP, providing educational programmes designed to deliver the philosophy and value of Project Management to professionals and businesses.

The goal of the program is to develop the skills for managing a project by focusing on the process of project planning and organization, project management techniques and tools, risk management, and the skills necessary for the efficiency of a successful team project.

Upon completion of the program, 40 PDUs are awarded to certified PMPs or 40 “contact hours” to candidates for the PMI® certification.
