As the curtain has now fallen for this year’s CX Day, we find ourselves still in the moment. It has been a beautiful journey, planning for it and witnessing it coming together. It was a process to remember. What made it even more special, is the people we met and the lessons we were taught on the day.
We would like to thank Anand Tamboli, for his inspirational presence. His teachings on empathy and listening will stay with us for a long time. We learnt what it means to work from the inside first, before designing experiences for our customers. We were reminded the importance of feelings, and how careful and empathetic we should be when we trend on them. Thank you, Anand.
We would like to thank the Speakers, two brilliant modern-day philosophers with a bright vision. Apostolos Koumarinos and Kostas Giannakopoulos took the stage in the middle of the afternoon and woke our senses. Thank you for making us aware of our body language, of the way we react to feelings, of allowing our positive side to outgrow our negative, and for the realization that the present is all we have.
Let’s make the most of each moment. Let’s keep being positive.
