CX Day Celebration 2020! Tuesday 6 October, Virtual Training

For the eighth consecutive year, OTEAcademy gives a dynamic presence in the World Customer Experience Day celebration, organizing a unique virtual event for professionals who love the Customer Experience.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 6 October, at 14:00 (duration 2 hours) through the WebEx Training platform. The keynote speaker is Saul Cambridge, Director of Ergo Ego, an international consulting firm and strategic partner of OTEAcademy.

Saul will conduct a workshop entitled: “Selling Greek Honey to the Martians: an Out-of-this-World Customer Experience.” This interactive and insightful online session focuses on essential questions about the organizational behaviors and experiences they create for both customers and employees.
