Το Cyber Security και το Project Management συνήθως αντιμετωπίζονται σαν δύο ξεχωριστές διαδικασίες. Στην πραγματικότητα οι κοινές αρχές που τα διέπουν είναι πολύ περισσότερες από όσες οι διαφορές τους. Το συνέδριο έχει σαν στόχο να αναδείξει τη συνάφεια των δύο διαδικασιών, τον κοινό τρόπο σκέψης των Αναλυτών Cyber Security και των Project Managers, τα παρόμοια στοιχεία των έργων πληροφορικής με το Cyber Security και την ανάγκη ενσωμάτωσης του Cyber Security σε έργα πέρα από τον χώρο της πληροφορικής.

Applying Security in Agile / Continuous Development Projects
From Twitter to a small software house, application development is shifting towards Continuous Development and Continuous Integration lifecycles, combined with Agile development methodologies. The above practices leave little to no room for traditional security tasks within the SDLC. Yiannis will be presenting, based on his experience and hard lessons learned, the procedure and the actual actions that should be performed in order to achieve a high degree of security within a CI/CD application development lifecycle.
Project Management for Incident Management
Incident management is complicated project should be initiated, prepared and tested well before the event of an incident. Such a project should formulate the requirements and organize the resources for a successful incident management to detect the incident, analyze it, categorize it, respond and recover, identify the root cause and correct the vulnerabilities to prevent future re-occurrence and inform the affected parties.
Combining Cyber Security and Business Continuity in Projects
Cyber security events are often different from those associated with business continuity and disaster recovery. This presentation gives some insight on how to tackle this issue and bring together leadership and capabilities across cyber security and business continuity in a “project management” context. Alex will be presenting how governance arrangements, skills, taxonomies and technology should be aligned with the enterprise risk strategy to improve the continuity planning of every organization by incorporating the ability to anticipate, withstand, contain and recover from cyber-attacks.
GDPR Compliance Project Management
During the period of the Digital Transformation, Companies and Organizations are trying to adjust their business in order to excel in a new global market. General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) has introduced additional concerns regarding the measures, the investment and the roadmap to compliance with the Regulation. The event intends to introduce a high level plan for Data Controllers and Data Processors to help them identify those that will be accountable for any potential data breach or compliance deviation.
