Decision Making
Decision Making is an experiential workshop, delivered both in-person and online, for professionals who wish to broaden their perspective and adopt a new approach to decision-making by drawing on Joseph Campbell’s “The Hero’s Journey” model.
Participants approach decision-making as a metaphor through 12 stages that function as a roadmap. The aim of the program is to cultivate self-awareness and awareness of the context in which decisions are made, strengthen confidence, and make use of experiential learning for future choices.
Through reflection, guided writing (journaling), work in pairs and small groups, sharing experiences, and the use of phototherapy tools that activate both logic and intuition, participants cultivate self-awareness,
