About this training

The training course which forms the basis of acquiring world renowned certifications of Project Management, PMP® and CAMP® of Project Management Institute.

Aim of the course is to develop skills for project management focusing on the process of project planning and organisation, on project management tools and techniques, on risk management and on skills which are necessary for the efficiency of the project management team.

This specific training course is a tutoring preparation course for the trainees to acquire some of the basic certifications of project management institute (PMI) for project management (CAPM®, PMP®). The syllabus, upon which the trainee will be tested for the certifications of CAPM and PMP®, is covered during the course. The modules, a project manager needs to be aware of, are presented and comprehended through a series of group tasks and exercises. Revision is done through “mini tests” which simulate the exam questions.

Upon completion of the course 35 PDUs are given to certified PMPs or 25 “contact hours” to candidates for certification from PMI.
